A lovely, exceptionally original example of the Series 1 Lotus Elise, having covered just 22,600 miles from new with only 1 previous owner.

Finding an early Elise with this combination of low mileage, limited ownership and comprehensive history is becoming increasingly difficult. The car remains remarkably original and unspoilt, even retaining its original supplying dealer window stickers.

During my ownership, several thousand pounds have been invested in carefully selected mechanical upgrades and preventative maintenance. The intention has always been to enhance the driving experience while preserving the lightweight, analogue character that makes the original S1 Elise so special.

I’ve been a Lotus enthusiast for over 20 years and have considerable experience owning and maintaining these cars. This Elise has been maintained with an emphasis on originality, mechanical condition and preserving what makes the S1 such a rewarding car to own.
