Lotus Elan Plus Two, 1969. Rebuilt example on Lotus galvanised chassis to exacting standards. This was done by SMS of Spalding who completely stripped and painted the car. We have know this company for 40 years and their work is A1. Full engine rebuild by Lotus Specialists Lakeside Engineering Ltd costing £5668. New Weber carbs fitted. Recent high torque starter motor fitted. Alternator upgrade. Paul Matty Sportscars suspension upgrade. One of the best early Elan Plus Twos having had £50,000 spent on the restoration. Original steering wheel and instrumentation and original PYE MAJOR radio. Solid driveshaft conversion.
