1997 FERRARI F355

A genuinely rare opportunity to acquire what has to be one of the finest Ferrari F355 Spiders with a 6-speed manual gated gear box. Finished in arguably the most desirable colour combination of Blu Tour de France and Crema, with Scuderia shields.

Over the last 12 months this car has been professionally restored, regardless of cost, by some of the best people in the business. I acquired this car from Maranello Egham in March 25. From there it was transported straight to Ferrari experts, Barkaways. The instruction was given to them to firstly carry out a full inspection of the car, then to not only correct any faults found but also to replace any component which they believed to be showing signs of wear or which could be improved.

Over £42,000 was spent for Barkaways to return the car back to perfect mechanical / cosmetic condition, including all interior switches being sent away to the US for refurbishment back to new.

The car was then transported to the world renowned O'Rourke's Coach Trimmers, who are considered to be the very best in the business. O'Rourke's are Classic Ferrari interior specialists, who carry out award-winning work to world class standards, which continue to win major awards at the prestigious Concours d'Elegance.

The 355 spent approximately 4 months there, during which time the interior was removed and completely replaced, including full Connolly leather in original Crema, new navy carpets, and reinstatement of the refurbished switches, together with a brand new hood sourced from the factory in Italy where the original 355 hoods were made. The result is now a flawless, "concours standard" level of interior, which is better than new. Again, over £40,000 was spent with O'Rourke's to recreate this exacting interior to the very highest standard.

The car has had 6 former owners from new, one for more than 16 years. It has covered just 33,500 miles and comes complete with a comprehensive, documented service history file, as well as all the detailed invoices from over the last 12 months totalling more than £80,000 pounds.

Also included is the original leather case tool kit, genuine car cover and original steering wheel.
