2015 VAUXHALL VXR8

The VXR8 GTS represented the ultimate expression of Vauxhall's Australian-built performance saloon, combining supercar-rivalling performance with genuine everyday usability. Powered by General Motors' formidable supercharged 6.2-litre LSA V8, producing 576bhp and 546lb/ft of torque, the GTS was capable of delivering extraordinary performance whilst retaining the practicality of a spacious four-door saloon. Rear-wheel drive, a limited-slip differential and the desirable six-speed manual gearbox ensured an engaging driving experience, whilst sophisticated technologies including Magnetic Ride Control and performance suspension helped harness its considerable power.

Presented in Heron White and sitting on 20-inch black alloy wheels with contrasting red brake callipers, this example was built on the 18th December 2014 (build #23) and was supplied new on the 24th May 2015 by Slaters of Colwyn Bay.

Inside, the Charcoal leather-trimmed cabin is comprehensively equipped, featuring electrically adjustable front seats with lumbar support, heated front seats, dual-zone electronic climate control and a multifunction flat-bottomed leather steering wheel. Driver-focused technology includes a head-up display, cruise control, lane departure warning, rear parking camera, reverse parking sensors, trip computer and an eight-inch colour touchscreen with Bluetooth connectivity. Entertainment is provided by a Bose Premium Audio system with nine speakers, USB connectivity and steering wheel-mounted controls.

Performance and safety technologies are equally impressive, with launch control, torque vectoring braking, traction control, ESP, collision mitigation braking and side blind zone alert all fitted as standard. Together with the sophisticated chassis systems, these features helped establish the VXR8 GTS as one of the most capable high-performance saloons of its era. This vehicle has been kept as standard as possible with the exception of the addition of a valvetronic exhaust.

We understand that the car has been serviced regularly throughout its life by a mixture of Vauxhall main dealers and independents, with the most recent service carried out in June 2026 at 31,110 miles.
