Here we have something different! 1984 Mini 998cc Cooper replica. This 1984 Mini Cooper cosmetic replica with full stage 1 tuning, originally a Mini 25! The car was purchased by a previous keeper as a stalled restoration in 2010, purchased because of it's excellent restored or original body and large number of new parts. The new parts fitted include, brake callipers, discs, pads, rear wheel cylinders, all new copper brake pipes and flexi hoses, new brake and clutch master cylinders, new clutch slave cylinder. New wiper motor, wiper arms, heater matrix, new screen rubbers and window channels, plastic water proofing membrane on inside of the doors, matching boot and door keys. New Hi Lows and all new shock absorbers, sub frames are very good, painted and rust free. The interior is the later Rover Cooper and includes origanal carpeting and sound deadening, seats in excellent condition, as all door cards, black headlining, with red front seat belts and static rear belts. Stage 1 kit fitted, includes RC40 centre exhaust, LCB manifold, Maniflow, K&N style filter and SU AAU needle. Alloy spare and original jack. The majority of this description I have gleaned from the paperwork that comes with the car. This is a Historic vehicle and is therefore MOT and road tax exempt, however it is still the owner's responsibility to ensure the vehicle is roadworthy and to tax the car annually, even though it is free! The car is showing a mileage of 53,222 miles, which should be disregarded. As the car is some 42 years old, the mileage history cannot be confirmed.
