A very early Mini Cooper 1275 S that has never been apart and has been used by, effectively, one owner all its life

Finished in Old English White with a black cap, it was supplied new by distributor Wicliffe of Stroud to Bridges Garage Ltd (a Morris dealership in Cirencester) and onwards to its first owner, Philip James

He owned and enjoyed the car for 34 years, covering over 60,000 miles, before selling to the Dr James Hull Collection which subsequently became the JLR Collection

The interior was originally factory-correct Grey and Tartan Red (Gold Brocade) but has been retrimmed

The remarkable history file contains the original Bill of Sale dated 17/10/1964 for £772 6s 5d, its original first registration dated 19/10/1964, various log books, multiple early invoices and details of engine rebuilds
