Dating from 1986, this 300SL is finished in Diamond Blue Metallic with a reupholstered Navy Blue leather interior featuring contrasting Tiffany Blue inserts, complemented by a recently fitted mohair canvas soft top and matching factory hardtop

Introduced as part of the extensively revised R107 range for 1985, the 300SL was powered by Mercedes-Benz's 3.0-litre M103 straight-six and remained in production until the R107 was discontinued in 1989, with 13,742 examples produced worldwide

The odometer indicated 104,096 miles at the time of cataloguing, with the car accompanied by its original stamped service book, original tool kit, two keys and a detailed history file

Approximately £2,000 was invested in suspension refurbishment on 12/08/2024, with invoices supporting the work completed. Further preventative recommissioning by an independent Mercedes-Benz specialist included a comprehensive service at 103,971 miles, invoiced on 07/07/2026, together with replacement front subframe bushes, front anti-roll bar bushes, rear suspension link rods, rear wheel bearing, gear selector bushes, replacement ABS control unit, auxiliary drive belt and brake fluid change, plus inspection of the engine, transmission and associated mechanical systems, with an accompanying invoice for £2,446

Cosmetic improvements include the recently fitted mohair canvas soft top, reupholstered seats and door cards in Navy Blue leather with contrasting Tiffany Blue inserts, new chrome B-pillar caps, bespoke navy velour R107 floor mats and replacement front fog lamps, with a number of these items supplied by The SL Shop, together with a professional interior and exterior detail. The current MOT is valid until June 2027, issued with no advisories. The car is now exempt from Vehicle Excise Duty (VED), routine MOT testing and it is ULEZ compliant
