A genuine example of the Aston Martin DB9 Volante, finished in Onyx Black with a contrasting cream and black leather interior, with just 29,980 miles.

I have owned the car for 3 years and have maintained it with a strong emphasis on its mechanical condition. It has recently undergone its 30,000-mile service and has had a significant amount of preventative and maintenance work carried out during my ownership with a large amount of invoices and receipts.

This is a car that I have enjoyed and invested considerable time and money into, and I am now selling it as it is no longer large enough with two growing children and with the return of a company vehicle I need to purchase a more suitable family car

The car has been maintained extensively during my ownership, including:

It also comes with a substantial amount of supporting documentation, Aston Martin invoices, original literature and paperwork, which will all be included with the car.

Important – Cat S history

Please read this section carefully.

The vehicle has a recorded Category S insurance history and this is being disclosed fully.

The car was previously involved in a front-end accident and was subsequently repaired using genuine Aston Martin parts. Parts invoices and photos of the damage are available. I have also purchased a CarVertical report which can be sent to genuine prospective buyers.

The Cat S status is reflected in the asking price.

Condition

For a 2008 car with approximately 30,000 miles, the overall condition is good and the car presents well in black.

That said, this is a 17-year-old car and it is not being advertised as perfect.

There are some age-related cosmetic imperfections, including:

* Some bubbling/corrosion to the paint around the rear wheel arch

* A small number of other areas of paint/cosmetic deterioration

* Some surface wear/creasing to the cream leather, particularly on the seat bases

These imperfections are visible in the photographs and I would much rather be completely transparent about them than try to hide them.

The car is therefore best described as a very well-presented, mechanically well-maintained DB9 with some age-related cosmetic imperfections, rather than an immaculate show car.

I have tried to make the advert as transparent as possible because I would rather a prospective buyer know exactly what they are coming to see.
