2018 CATERHAM

The 620R is Caterham’s all time poster car. It represents the pinnacle of what can be achieved within the confines of the Series 3 chassis, and delivers truly breathtaking performance.

The 2.0L Duratec engine found in many Sevens, was Supercharged for this model, which sees the engine bay filled with radiators, intercoolers and heat exchangers, all married together with a myriad of connecting pipes, utilising every square inch of space under the bonnet.

This fabulous feat of engineering produces an engine that delivers 310bhp in standard tune, and can be taken even further if the owner is brave enough.

The full blooded R spec found on this example means there’s no holding back. The power is transmitted to the rear wheels via a Sadev sequential 6 speed gearbox with flat shift up-shifts, and aided with Caterham’s Titan Limited Slip Differential. It then has uprated Caterham Bilstein springs and dampers, super sticky ZZR tyres and a rear exist exhaust system to try and contain the howl while your burning through rubber and fuel at an exceptional rate.

This stunning, Competition Red example has covered just 4,900 in all its life and has been very well looked after.
