Underbody Refurbishment & Inspection (April 2025)

To ensure total structural integrity and longevity, a comprehensive, underbody refurbishment was carried out at 72,156 miles. The works explicitly included:

• Chassis & Protection: Complete strip-down of the underbody, removal of all corrosion, and application of premium specialist protective coatings.

• Undertrays & Arches: Removal of all undertrays and inner wheel-arch protectors for deep corrosion inspection and treatment.

• Cooling System: Both charge air coolers removed, dismantled, filters cleaned, and frames repainted. Front bumper removed to clean out radiator vents and protect surrounding areas from corrosion.

• Suspension & Handling: Front and rear anti-roll bars removed, inspected, repainted, and re-fitted with brand-new bushes. Shock absorbers removed to allow access to all inner wings for inspection, cleaning and treating

• Brakes: Front and rear callipers and discs completely removed for full deep cleaning and inspection with new Front brake pads.

• Hardware: Rear bumper and support beam, along with both inner sills, removed for total access. All components reassembled using new fixings, clips and fully greased hardware.
