1997 JDM Subaru Impreza WRX STI wagon - Low mileage - no engine mods.

I have my treasured 1997 JDM imported Subaru Impreza STI with 80,000 miles (128,897Km) on the clock.

It was lanoguarded to prevent/protect from rust and is in exellent condition.

The engine is unmodified with 280 HP as standard. The car has exceptional road handling and is a classic for Subaru enthusiasts.

The original springs were upgraded to BC coilovers (set for road setting, as I want to retain my fillings). I changed the original springs as they were on the way out.

The original exhaust needed replacing and has been replaced with a 3" stainless steel exhaust, retaining a catalytic converter (for emissions). It has a lovely sound.

The car drives beautifully.

Over the last 3 years I have only used the car for only 2,000 miles per year and I now need a car with which I can put 100,000 miles on it to visit my elderly parents who live far away, hence the reason for it's sale.

Maintenance: When I first imported the car, the cam belt, water pump and oil pump were changed and it was given a full service. It has been serviced ever since by a local Subaru specialist, and flies through it's MOT every time (see pics).

These cars are getting rare now and appreciating in value each year.

I am asking £17,900 for the car, which reflects it's current condition and value.
