After 30 years of ownership it’s been heart wrenching to let this one go.

77,450 Miles and driving wonderfully. This car has been loved over the years.

She drives and runs wonderfully with the gas flow heads delivering a little more than standard for power (250BHP).

In the last 8 or 9 years it’s had a full retrim by D&C in forest green and Irish mist full leather with dark green Wilton carpets, the dash was replaced with a Peter Wiggins custom made of polished walnut.

Its been fully resprayed in the original cooper green, the very rare factory fit OZ split screen alloys were sent away, split and diamond cut and polished to a mirror shine.

The body was partially lifted and outriggers replaced and while that was being done had all the brake lines, fuel lines, discs, pads etc done and a TVR aluminium racing radiator was fitted. The entire chassis was sanded back and treated against rust and then coated.

Brian Hosfield Peter Wheeler's personal race mechanic worked on the car in Blackpool and uprated the heating and ventilation (which was always rubbish on pre-cats) and relocated the fan behind the dash from the front wheel arch so it now demists properly.

He also built a custom bulkhead for the centre console and the heating and ventilation and electric window controls there are now lit with LED lighting.
