Unveiled at the Geneva Salon in 2010, the UB-2010 limited edition DBS was created in honour of the renowned Dr Ulrich Bez’ first ten years of stewardship as CEO of Aston Martin. Renowned for his engineering background and visionary leadership, the UB-2010 edition is a fitting tribute to Dr Bez’ discerning taste and reputation for exceptional detail. The unique UB-2010 edition DBS Volante was announced as a limited production run of just 20 units, with ultimately 13 built in total and just 3 produced for the UK market, of which this car is one.

Registered to its first owner in late 2010, the car offered, has covered only 8,800 miles in total. Presented in superb condition throughout, having been much cherished by its former owners.

DBS UB-2010 unique specifications include:- 2011MY DBS Volante, 2+2 seating, touchtronic 2 transmission, 20'' 10 spoke diamond turned alloy wheels with Azurite paint finish, matching blue brake calipers, Carbon Fibre rear light infills and door mirror caps, Magnum silver mesh pack, Obsidian Black Rokona headlining, Bitter Chocolate carpet with metallic bronze leather binding. Additionally, UB signature sill and engine plaques, complement the UB signature embroidery, to the seat flanks.

Father of the DBS’s VH chassis architecture and all first generation Gaydon built production Aston Martin's, Dr Bez can, amongst his many achievements, claim responsibility for the vision and creation of Aston Martin’s iconic Gaydon based factory and the successful introduction of the highly rated range of sports cars, produced during his 14-year stewardship of the Aston Martin company.
