2007 MAZDA MX-5

With just 54,000 miles, this is an exceptionally low-mileage example that has been carefully developed throughout my ownership using proven components from respected MX-5 specialists. Rather than chasing outright power, the focus has always been on improving the overall driving experience, resulting in a car that is significantly more planted, composed and confidence inspiring than a standard NC, whilst retaining the reliability and usability that makes the MX-5 such a fantastic driver's car.

This isn't simply a collection of aftermarket parts. The car has been developed with each modification complementing the next to create a genuinely well-sorted package.

The car has been developed primarily as a fast road car, with occasional track use in mind. During my ownership it has completed just three track days (one at Trac Môn, Anglesey and two at Bedford Autodrome). It has never been raced or drifted and has always been maintained regardless of mileage rather than simply when required.

Mechanically, the car is exactly as it should be, and the PRHT roof operates flawlessly. The car has always been maintained regardless of mileage and has wanted for nothing throughout my ownership.

Following the latest MOT, the only advisories were for surface corrosion. As a preventative measure, the underside was professionally pressure washed, mechanically cleaned where required and treated with a Lanoguard/Waxoyl-type corrosion protection. The invoice for this work is included with the car.

A substantial history file accompanies the car, including service history, maintenance invoices and receipts for the modifications completed during my ownership.

Condition:

The car presents very well for its age and exceptionally low mileage. Naturally, as an 18-year-old car there are a few age-related stone chips and minor dents, but nothing that detracts from its overall appearance.
