2017 Morgan

This 2017 Morgan Plus 4 is striking! From the amazing paint colour and finish, to the lovely comfort and convenience of the interior. Let's start outside. The first thing you can't help notice is the colour. The Plus 4 is finished in Bentley brilliant silver which is such a modern colour for a Morgan, it's not just silver it has a slightly golden metal fleck in it, the car appears to change colour as you move around it. The clutter free front end looks modern but retro at the same time, the black grill and stone guard brings function and design together. At the rear, over riders help protect the back edge of the body while giving a bit of bling and hiding the mounts for the double tiered luggage rack. That is mounted on the spare wheel which has a black mohair cover which matches the roof. Twin exhaust pipes help deliver a lovely note but also look great. Jumping inside, the chocolate-coloured leather looks luxurious, the comfort seats, which are heated if you need it, hold you in place and really make long journeys so much nicer. The push start gives a little theatre rather than just turning a key, its nestled in the beautiful walnut dash that looks and feels quality. Leather covered door locks mechanisms and steering column are a lovely touch rather than black plastic. The drive itself doesn't disappoint, the Mazda gear box feels sporty but positive and the engine once you get it over 3000 rpm turns into the sports car the Plus 4 is. The 2-litre Ford GDI gives you reliability, efficiency and good power delivery when you need it. Overall this is a great example of what Morgan can do, they mix traditional with modern making a whole new genre of automobile.
