For sale is my Ginetta G40 GRDC car, built originally to compete in the GRDC championship – similar to the Caterham academy.

My car has had a few upgrades to evolve it into something a little quicker, the 150bhp 1.8 zetec has been replaced with a 200bhp 2.0 zetec along with a Quaife LSD and some upgraded later GT5 Quantum dampers.

In my ownership I first had the car gone through by Ian @ trackvroad, he addressed anything and everything it needed such as cambelt and tensioners, full service with all fluids including coolant, gearbox and brake fluids replaced, new plugs and new pads installed front and rear. I’ve also had the wheels freshly painted, added a fresh set of Avon ZZRs and polished the life out of it.

It’s all straight and clean with no hidden horrors that I’ve found, starts, stops and goes well. Great, fun little car on track that’s a bit different to the normal sea of Clios, Minis and Caterhams – it’s a good looking thing too, only a few inches bigger than a Caterham! The car also comes with various spares including a spare set of wheels (17”) with road going Michelin PS tyres
