For sale is my 1989 BMW 5 series 525i se full leather manual rare classic

car has been well looked after and cherished. I've kept the car totally original including the two original phones inside.

can be run on classic car insurance

car has 106000 miles on it but still runs very smooth. engine, the 5 speed manual gearbox and clutch all working well. its not uncommon for these cars to go well past 300000 miles. very comfortable car. honestly its more quite and smooth on the motorway than my mums new e class mercedes. good service history

car is diamond black .body and paint is in good condition. wheels are 15 inch bbs and it has the factory fitted boot spoiler with brake light. few road and age related marks

car is taxed until 31/5/14 . mot til 1/5/14

interior is in very good condition full leather has held up very well except for one small tear ( see pictures ). car has been fitted with the factory sunroof. car includes the illuminated M gear knob and steering wheel. also includes both of the factory phones within the car ( these are rare and apparently worth a lot ), remote central locking. electric front and rear windows, mirrors, sunroof and electric lumbar support

4 good tyres with a full size uniroyal spare in the boot

brand new battery, bulbs and exhaust system (yet to be fitted)

although its an old car i still managed to get around 33-35 mpg

comes with 3 sets of keys with two key fobs and immobilser keys , Aswell as the original BMW leatherette wallet with all the paperwork

comes with the original BMW full tool kit in the boot

roof lining around interior light has sagged a tiny bit

10 disc cd changer needs to be wired
