The car has been meticulously maintained, including a clear borescope inspection (09/25) and over £13k spent since 2020 to address all major 997 preventative jobs. This includes the full engine-out ‘Over-Engine Coolant Pipes Package’ at Friends Green Porsche, a new clutch and dual-mass flywheel, and a comprehensive water pump and belt overhaul. The car has had six specialist services in the last 13k miles and six years, and comes with a comprehensive file of invoices and history.

* 03.08.2026 (Exhaust Overhaul): Exhaust nut overhaul with a new fitting kit and gaskets. Replaced cracked exhaust silencers with DesignTek units and fitted Dansk OEM Carrera S tailpipes.

2024 – 2025: Borescope and LED Upgrades

* 05.09.2025 (Porschacare, 88,031 miles): Major 40k service, including engine oil, filter, air filter, and spark plugs. Conducted a borescope inspection confirming all cylinders are clear of bore scoring. Replaced auxiliary drive belt, pollen filter, and brake fluid. Fitted a new Exide 80AH battery,

2022: Diagnostics and Major Coolant Line Overhaul

* 09.06.2022 (Porschacare, 80,047 miles): Carried out fixed-price engine oil change, realigned front bumper, installed customer-supplied heater switches and phone holder

* 11.05.2022 (Friends Green Porsche, 79,629 miles): Removed engine to complete "Over-Engine Coolant Pipes Package". Replaced x2 aluminium over-engine coolant pipes and x2 pre-over-engine manual hoses. Flushed/refilled coolant and PAS systems, and re-gassed the air conditioning.

* 11.05.2022 (Engine-Out Extra Work): While engine was removed, replaced the coolant expansion tank and cap, starter motor, "Y" alternator/starter cable, and x2 engine mounts with lock nuts.

* 11.05.2022 (Front End and Miscellaneous): Replaced both air conditioning condensers and O-ring seals. Replaced the NSF trailing arm (Meyle), installed aftermarket LED front side lights, and replaced NSF indicator bulb.

* 04.05.2022 (Friends Green Porsche, 79,629 miles): Resurfaced and replaced corroded fixing bolts on both catalytic converter flanges. Replaced x3 black/wet spark plugs on Bank 2 caused by over-fuelling.

* 09.02.2022 (Porschacare): Installed H7 Osram Night Breaker Laser headlight bulbs and Zunsport front grilles.

2021: Suspension and Brakes

* 2021 (Fluids and Hardware): Zuffenhaus Porsche oil, filter, and brake fluid change. Replaced front bumper hex bolts and x2 retaining clips.

* 2021 (M030 Suspension Upgrade): Installed Porsche OE M030 suspension upgrade featuring x4 M030 springs, x4 OE top mounts, all new intermediate hardware, and Bilstein B4 M030-specific shock absorbers on all four corners.

* 2021 (Steering and Alignment): Replaced x2 inner and outer track rod ends, followed by a full wheel alignment.

* 2021 (Brakes and Handling): Installed uprated Carrera S front/rear Porsche OE anti-roll bars with bushes, x4 OE drop links, and complete x4 Brembo brake discs and pads on all corners.

* 2021 (Ignition): Replaced x6 Beru coil packs, x6 Bosch spark plugs, and x2 OE Porsche coil pack heat shields with bolts.

* 2021 (Alloys and Tyres): Refurbished 18" Carrera III alloys, fitted x4 Michelin Pilot Sport tyres, and installed OE Porsche wheel caps.

2020: Air Conditioning, Clutch and Flywheel

* 23.08.2020 (Major Mechanical, 76,122 miles): Replaced Rear Main Seal (RMS) with bolts, bearing seal, Dual Mass Flywheel with OE bolts, Sachs clutch kit, OE gearbox oil, and x2 plugs/washers.

* 20.08.2020 (General Maintenance): Fitted an OE right radiator fan.

* 2020 (General Parts): Fitted Bosch wipers, x2 OE door protection stripes, x2 OE side indicator lights, and an OE petrol filler cap.

* Viseeo Bluetooth: phone connectivity and music streaming adapter installed

* Original OEM Spares: The factory original exhaust tips, side lights, and rear lights are all carefully boxed and will be included with the sale.

* PCM/Navigation: The factory SatNav is currently inoperative (likely due to the common legacy GPS timecode rollover issue). The radio and main PCM unit function perfectly otherwise.

* Keys: The car comes with one remote key.
