The X358 represented the final development of Jaguar’s traditionally styled XJ, combining the lightweight aluminium construction introduced with the X350 with revised exterior styling, updated equipment and the supercharged, 420bhp, 4.2-litre V8 in XJR form

First registered on 20/02/2008 and with our vendor for the last five years, the car has had just three former registered keepers

Finished in Indigo Blue Pearl complemented by a Porcelain leather interior with Indigo piping and 20-inch Kalisto alloy wheels

Indicating just 38,947 miles at the time of cataloguing and accompanied by a detailed history file containing service invoices and previous MOT Certificates

The stamped service book records servicing by Jaguar main dealers and Jaguar specialists. Our vendor advises that a full annual service will be carried out prior to the auction, together with a fresh MOT

Generously specified with heated and cooled front seats, heated rear seats, rear privacy glass, side and rear privacy blinds and Jaguar's factory rear entertainment system with headrest-mounted screens and rear centre armrest controls

Originally specified with Jaguar's analogue television tuner, the system has subsequently been upgraded with a digital TV tuner and the facility to play media from a USB device mounted within the rear centre armrest

Further upgraded with the JagDroid system, integrating Android functionality into the original Jaguar touchscreen whilst retaining the ability to switch back to the standard Jaguar interface

A discreet reversing camera has also been incorporated beneath the rear number plate plinth
