2013 BMW 116

Here is a fact for the car-quiz: the 1 Series of this generation is the last affordable REAR-WHEEL-DRIVE hatchback anyone ever built. When it is an M SPORT in Alpine White, that piece of trivia becomes a very good Friday-night drive. 2013 (63) BMW 116i M SPORT, three doors, six-speed manual. 75,512 miles checked against the DVSA record, with BMW's own system showing an early service at WILLIAMS LIVERPOOL BMW. Part service history, and we will do a FULL SERVICE ON SALE plus a NEW 12-MONTH MOT ON SALE - so it leaves here tested, serviced and ready. HPI clear with the certificate available, ULEZ compliant, £200 a year to tax. M Sport means the good bits are standard: bolstered SPORTS SEATS, the chunky M Sport steering wheel, uprated M Sport suspension, dual-zone climate control, keyless engine start, DAB, Bluetooth with USB, automatic headlights and wipers, privacy glass, ambient lighting, M door sills and those hexagon aluminium trims. Rear-wheel drive, 50:50 balance, a proper six-speed manual - the recipe nobody makes any more at this money. Market check: the only other 63-plate 116i M Sports out there are £5,989 in Durham and £5,490 down in London - both a long drive away - while the cheaper local cars are Euro 5 or lesser trims. £5,800 buys this one ten minutes from Preston, with our 3-YEAR AFTERCARE PACKAGE from The Motoring Organisation (TMO): three years of mechanical and electrical cover, claims handled at approved garages nationwide, accredited to The Motor Ombudsman's Vehicle Warranty Code.
