2010 VOLVO V70

A particularly well-specified example of the superb Volvo V70 D5 SE Lux, finished in metallic silver with a black leather interior and having covered just 93,000 miles. Powered by Volvos excellent 2.4-litre five-cylinder D5 turbo diesel engine and paired with the smooth Geartronic automatic gearbox, this V70 combines effortless performance with exceptional comfort and practicality. These D5 V70s make superb long-distance cars and are equally well suited to family use and towing. What really sets this example apart is its unusually high factory specification. In addition to the already generous SE Lux equipment, it benefits from a number of desirable optional driver-assistance features, including:, Adaptive Cruise Control, BLIS (Blind Spot Information System), Lane Departure Warning / Lane Assist, Power Operated Tailgate, Full Black Leather Upholstery, Heated Front Seats, Electrically Adjustable Drivers Seat with Memory, Dual-Zone Climate Control, Automatic Lights & Wipers, Multifunction Leather Steering Wheel, Alloy Wheels, Roof Rails, ISOFIX, The Adaptive Cruise Control is a particularly desirable feature on an early V70, automatically adjusting the vehicles speed to maintain a suitable distance from traffic ahead. Together with BLIS and Lane Departure Warning, it gives this car a level of driver-assistance technology that was well ahead of many of its contemporaries. The electrically operated tailgate is another useful addition, particularly given the V70s enormous load area. With the rear seats folded, these cars offer exceptional carrying capacity while still retaining the comfort and refinement expected from a premium estate. With only 93,000 miles, this is relatively low mileage for a D5 of this age and, combined with the SE Lux specification and extensive factory options, makes it a particularly appealing example.
