2023 VOLKSWAGEN TRANSPORTER T28 STARTLINE TDI

From spontaneous weekends by the coast to longer escapes, this Volkswagen Transporter is being converted to give you a comfortable space to call your own wherever you choose to stop. Based on the 2.0 TDI T28 Startline SWB, with a 110 PS diesel engine and manual gearbox, this four-berth conversion will combine everyday practicality with thoughtful features for life on the road. Upgraded 20-inch load-rated alloy wheels will complement the exterior, while a Skyline pop-top roof will provide additional space and sleeping accommodation. Inside, bespoke cabinetry and leather upholstery will create a welcoming living area. Swivelling front seats will make the most of the space when parked, with a crash-tested RIB bed providing a practical transition from daytime seating to a place to sleep. The kitchen will feature a twin-burner gas hob and fridge-freezer, ready for an early morning brew or a relaxed meal after a day exploring. A diesel night heater will keep the interior cosy on cooler evenings, while a roof-mounted solar panel will help top up the leisure battery.
