2019 Volkswagen Golf R DSG 4MOTION – Atlantic Blue – 50,700 miles – Mountune M360

I'm selling my 2019 (19) Golf R DSG 4MOTION, finished in Atlantic Blue, having owned the car since December 2019. It has had just one previous owner and has covered 51,200 miles.

This is a car I've owned for nearly seven years. It has a full VW/main dealer service history, with receipts and invoices retained, the car has been serviced every year during my ownership.

The car has never been involved in an accident, never been used on track and has no outstanding finance.

Specifications/Upgrades

Mountune M360

The car has the genuine Mountune M360 package, producing approximately 360 PS and 500 Nm, comprising:

- Mountune ECU calibration

- Mountune TCU/DSG calibration

- Mountune induction kit

- Carbon-fibre turbo elbow

- Mountune SmartFLASH unit

The SmartFLASH allows the calibration to be changed and, importantly, means the car can be returned to the standard factory calibration if required.

I've also retained all of the original factory parts removed during the installation, so the car can be returned to standard specification if a future owner wishes to do so.

All documentation and invoices relating to the Mountune installation are available.

This isn't an unknown or poorly documented modified car; the Mountune upgrade has been carried out properly and the supporting paperwork is included.

Maintenance

I've kept on top of the servicing and maintenance throughout my ownership. Recent work includes:

- Brake fluid – 48,000 miles (03/2026)

- Oil, spark plugs & pollen filter – 46,600 miles (12/2025)

- Air-con re-gas – 42,099 miles (03/2025)

- Haldex service & oil change – approx. 40,000 miles (12/2024)

- 4 x Michelin Pilot Sport 4 – fitted at 41,700 miles

The Michelin tyres had approximately 5mm tread remaining at inspection in March 2026.

The car also has Mountune upgraded brake discs and pads. At the last inspection the front discs/pads were approximately 10% worn and the rears approximately 30% worn.

Condition

The car has recently been professionally detailed, including a one-stage paint correction, and presents very well for its age and mileage.

There are a few age/mileage-related marks which I've tried to show honestly in the photographs, including:

- A small mark on the front passenger-side alloy

- A few marks on the rear passenger-side alloy

- A few small stone chips/marks on the bonnet

- A few marks on the roof

The wheels are otherwise excellent overall.

The Mk7.5 Golf R is, in my opinion, a fantastic combination of performance and everyday usability, and the M360 takes that a step further without turning the car into something impractical or difficult to live with.

It drives extremely well and remains a very usable daily car, while the Mountune package gives it considerably more performance when you want it.
