This car is essentially a single-ownership vehicle from new. It was purchased in 2007 from new, by my relative, a passionate, lifelong BMW enthusiast, who fastidiously cared for it from day one and cherished it as his weekend sports car. It has recently been transferred to my name to handle the sale, offering a highly coveted, unmolested history, making it a truly rare find.

Covering just 58,950 miles from new, it has been maintained exclusively by BMW Main Dealers. It presents beautifully both inside and out, and drives perfectly.

MECHANICAL CONDITION & PREMIUM MAINTENANCE

The car has just undergone a pre-MOT Inspection by a BMW Specialist (an ex-Main Dealer technician), confirming the car was ready for its next MOT.

No expense was spared on preventative maintenance, with invoices present for major recent works:

February 2023: Complete DSC (Dynamic Stability Control) unit replacement at BMW Main Dealer (BMW Park Lane) at a cost of £2350 + VAT. This completely resolves the most notorious and expensive fault common to the E85 chassis. Invoice present.

February 2023: Full set of premium front and rear brake discs fitted at BMW Main Dealer (BMW Park Lane) at a cost of £635 + VAT. Invoice present.

The car comes with its original service booklet, stamped dating back to its pre-delivery check in February 2007. It has been serviced by BMW Main Dealers, with the exception of one service carried out by an independent garage.

COSMETIC CONDITION:

Exterior: Finished in the ultimate Black Sapphire over Red Leather combination, the car presents exceptionally well, with a deep, lustrous gloss to the paintwork. The bodywork is in fantastic condition reflecting its life as a sheltered weekend car. The alloy wheels show some light cosmetic wear.

Interior: The striking red leather sports interior provides a superb contrast to the Black Sapphire Metallic exterior. The leather remains in excellent condition with minimal wear for its age. There is some light, age-related wear to the driver's seat bolster and a small cut to the driver's door leather trim. The carpets, cabin and boot are immaculate.

Soft-Top Roof: The black fabric soft-top is in great condition, with no tears or leaks, having been regularly cleaned and treated. The roof motor operates flawlessly, opening and closing quickly and smoothly at the touch of a button.

Note on Photos: Both the exterior and interior are strikingly beautiful in person, and my photos truly do not do it justice. Please note that digital cameras tend to oversaturate this specific deep shade of red leather under direct sunlight, making it appear slightly brighter in photos than it is in reality. In-person viewings are highly recommended to appreciate the true finish.
