With its substantial proportions, long bonnet and distinctive Cadillac grille, the 1974 Coupe de Ville epitomises American luxury motoring of the period. V8 power, automatic transmission and an emphasis on comfort made these grand coupes particularly suited to relaxed, long-distance cruising

Powered by a robust 472-cubic-inch (7.7-litres) V8 breathing through a four-barrel carburettor and generating 205bhp

Built in July 1974, confirmed by a dating certificate from the American Auto Club UK, this example offers the model’s characteristic combination of a spacious interior, generous seating and considerable road presence

Imported from the South of France and UK-registered in 2025 with our vendor, its sole UK owner. Accompanying French ownership documents appear to record its presence there from 2017 and a subsequent change of ownership in 2023

Distinctively presented in Andes Copper, the bodywork is described as generally well preserved, the chrome remaining presentable, with some localised pitting. The seats and carpets are understood to be original, whilst the headlining remains in place without sagging
