Good. Glad weve settled that.

Its compact enough that whizzing around town is an absolute doddle, but because its a Peugeot, theyve actually bothered making it nice to drive too. So whether youre chucking it along a country road or embarking on the considerably less glamorous journey to Little Tesco because somebodys forgotten the milk, you can still have a bit of fun. And the 208 has always been a good-looking little thing. It feels just that little bit more interesting than the usual small hatchback suspects without screaming, LOOK AT ME, IVE MADE A PERSONALITY CHOICE.

Specification-wise, its got everything you actually need: air conditioning, alloy wheels and touchscreen infotainment with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Basically, all the stuff youd immediately complain about if it wasnt there, without seventeen menus dedicated to changing the colour of the ambient lighting around your cupholder.

Now, heres the really good bit.

Its got two keys, AND weve just replaced the timing belt. Yes, the infamous wet belt.
