Finished in Diamond Black, this example has had just two owners from new, with its modest mileage supported by an extensive service record

The service book contains 21 stamps, with the most recent service carried out by Volkswagen at 18,890 miles

The cambelt and water pump were replaced at 18,466 miles, providing a useful record of this important maintenance

Accompanied by its handbooks and tax discs spanning 2001–2015, an appealing opportunity to acquire a lightly used example of Volkswagen’s compact GTI
