First registered on 18/04/1996, this example has been in the same enthusiastic ownership since January 2001, having been acquired through Doves Ford in Folkestone. Just two former registered keepers are recorded

Originally finished in Diamond White, the car was subsequently transformed with its distinctive blue and white motorsport-inspired livery, featuring Rallye Príncipe de Asturias graphics, a prominent rear spoiler, five-spoke alloy wheels and Recaro sports seats

Powered by Ford's legendary 2.0-litre Cosworth YB turbocharged engine, driving all four wheels through a five-speed manual gearbox. An upgraded turbocharger conversion was undertaken early in the current ownership, although the supporting paperwork is no longer available
