2007 Mazda

All polybushed and refurbished underneath with braided brake hoses all round. Edwards motorsport stainless exhaust (200 cell race catalytic converter) with Cobalt back box. Power steering comes from a Toyota Yaris motor spliced into the column and welded professionally. Motorsport ME442 ECU with all Mazda switchgear functioning as normal. Aluminium twin fans for cooling. No sump, oil filter relocated. Plenum chamber shaved so no bonnet bulge. All installed with no compromise to existing Mazda engine bay. Conversion carried out at 42K. I have commissioned an engineers report (very complimentary) as vehicle is still registered as a 1.8 and I intended to Notify DVLA to be correctly registered as a 4.0. As no chassis or bodywork has been compromised the process is merely notification on the right form together with the engineers report. Body work is very good condition and polishes up nicely with a few age/use related chips on the front and a scuff on the driver side rear arch that would probably polish out. Hood is in good condition and I recently cleaned out the drain holes and fixed the plastic plug on scuttle,which are know weak points for water ingress.
