Launched in 1998 as the first all new Bentley since 1980, the Arnage became the Red Label in late 1999 when the turbocharged 6.75-litre V8 returned as the flagship, replacing the BMW powered 4.4, which was renamed Green Label

Built to mark Bentley’s return to Le Mans after 71 years, the 2001 Le Mans Series brought 406bhp and 616lb/ft of torque, a stiffer bodyshell, larger brakes, red calipers and five-spoke sports wheels. Only 153 were built in total, 62 in right-hand drive

Finished in Le Mans Racing Green, the cabin pairs Magnolia hide with contrasting green pleated panels, green carpets piped in cream, burr walnut dashboard with auxiliary gauges, plus Le Mans lettering on the dials and engraved sill plates
