1979 ROLLS ROYCE SHADOW 2

A beautifully presented example, this Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow II is finished in the elegant and highly attractive colour combination of Le Mans Blue coachwork with Dark Blue everflex roof over Magnolia hide, complemented by Blue piping, Mountain Blue carpets and lambswool over rugs. Having covered just 76,000 miles, this exceptional motor car benefits from an outstanding service history, with maintenance entrusted to Rolls-Royce main agents and respected marque specialists throughout its life. Coming from a particularly long period of ownership, the car has been meticulously cared for by renowned Rolls-Royce specialists RR&B Services for the past 30 years, reflecting the attention and care it has consistently received. The interior is beautifully presented, with wonderfully soft Magnolia leather, highly polished woodwork and original features including front headrests, original radio and a charming period telephone. A tasteful walnut steering wheel has been fitted, while the original Bakelite wheel remains with the car, allowing the next custodian to choose their preferred finish. The exterior is equally impressive, with the Le Mans Blue paintwork retaining a superb finish and the bodywork presenting in excellent order throughout. The benefits of careful garaging, conscientious ownership and regular specialist maintenance are evident in every aspect of the car. Sitting on the correct Avon tyres, it drives exceptionally well, delivering the effortless refinement and comfort for which the Silver Shadow II is so highly regarded. Having recently received a comprehensive 24,000-mile service in our own workshops, this delightful Silver Shadow II is fully prepared for its next custodian.
