The Porsche has an outstanding service history. Most notable, is a full Hartech engine rebuild at around 91,000 miles – just over 20,000 miles ago. The bill for the engine rebuild was £13,000 and is fully documented. Since then, the car has been impeccably maintained, with yearly services since 2023 (Porsche suggests servicing every two years). The last service was in May 2026, and the car has hardly been driven since. The year before, the engine and gearbox were removed to replace hard-to-reach brake lines. Since 2023, the car has been maintained by Precision Porsche and their invoices alone add up to around £18,000, so this 911 really has been well looked after. One bill for over £4000 was to fit a genuine Porsche switchable Sports exhaust system while other work included new front coffin arms, new alternator, belt and rollers, Since the engine rebuild, the car has been serviced with Millers Nanotech oil, as recommended by Hartech. A nice touch is the registration 'SRZ 997'.
