1990 Audi Quattro 20V Turbo - Black - 33,096 Miles - Immaculate Condition

Few cars carry the significance of the original Audi Quattro, and fewer still survive in this condition or with this depth of documentation. This 1990 20V is immaculate throughout, with paintwork and bodywork in perfect order. It has covered just 33,096 miles, has had three former keepers and comes with dated service records from 10,000 miles in 1991 through to its most recent service with us in October 2024. It is finished in black with cloth and leather seats bearing the Quattro script, has an MOT until 1st September 2027 and is supplied with our own warranty.

The Quattro made its debut at the 1980 Geneva Motor Show and went on to transform both rallying and the road car. The 20V, introduced in 1989, was its final development: the RR-coded 2,226cc five-cylinder turbo gained a twenty-valve head and produces 220PS and 309Nm, for 0-62mph in around 6.3 seconds and a top speed in excess of 140mph. Production ended in 1991.

Delivered through VAG (United Kingdom) Ltd at Milton Keynes and first registered on 3rd August 1990, the car spent most of its life with its first two keepers, who owned it between them for almost 32 years. It has covered fewer than 5,000 miles since 2006.

Recent work includes a full service and cambelt change here in October 2024 (timing belt, water pump, idler pulley, alternator and power steering belts, cooling fan switch, coolant flush and new battery), spark plugs, filters and an offside front top mount in 2023, and a brake master cylinder in 2021. Cambelts were also changed in 2005 and 2015, and brake fluid services appear regularly throughout the history.
