Call Graham 07821 380775

This racing car is based around a 2003 EP3 Honda Civic Type R, initially built to compete in the Honda Type R Trophy. The car was built by Danny Hobson (Type R Trophy Champion 2026). The car was rebuilt in the winter of 2022 and had an engine fitted by Vannin Motorsport in the winter of 2025. The car has since had an additional track-tested Danny Hobson engine and gearbox, new engine mounts, lightweight battery, a new clutch and new driveshafts, during the 2026 season.

It would be highly suitable for a track-day car or new entrant into circuit racing like I was five years ago in the Type R Trophy and has eligibility for a number of different series such as: 750 Motor Club RoadSports and Club Enduro, BRSCC ClubSport, MSVR Track Day Trophy and Championship and CSCC Tin Tops.

New for 2026:

• Engine replaced, baffled sump, new coolant pump etc.
• Replacement gearbox built to Type R Trophy spec by Danny Hobson (2026 TRT Champion).
• New driveshafts.
• Front calipers, discs, pads replaced.
• Rear calipers, discs, pads replaced.
• SRF brake fluid.
• Tegiwa carbon intake fitted.
• HD engine mounts fitted.
• New clutch.
• Haltech premium programmable ECU fitted with wider VTEC band -Fitted beyond the Type R Trophy. (This is an additional price of £800).
• Lightweight battery fitted.
• The car comes with 8 wheels all fitted with A052 tyres, 2 new, 4 ok, 2 heavily worn.

Belts are about to go out of date and extinguisher recently serviced by a local company.
