2004 E46 330D M Sport Saloon in black with black leather interior. Car was bought by a close friend in December 2008 and has been used by myself from June 2014 to present.

I have a document which details a full list of ordered options but the key add-ons are

The only changes made to the car from factory is that iPod connectivity was installed by Bateman BMW and is accessible via the glove compartment.

The car itself is in good condition for its age, both in terms of aesthetics and mechanics. I have used this car every single day (20 mile commute and also longer journeys to London, Wales and Southern France)

since I collected it from my friend this summer and have not had a single problem. There is a chip in the windscreen which was listed as an advisory on MOT I sanctioned and there's also a small, light scratch

on the driver's side rear wheel arch courtesy of a London porter. The alloys could also do with being refurbished but as I always knew this car would be a temporary arrangement I never had it done.

All the original manuals, 6 years worth of MOT certificates and a plethora of service invoices are available for inspection. There are actually too many invoices to photograph individually!

During my tenureship I have been regularly checking the PH ads for similar cars but nothing has come close in terms of specification, condition or history.

Car will be in use daily until I take collection of my new car on 4th January 2015, at which point it will be garaged so mileage will increase incrementally until then.
