Get yourself a convoyIf you fancy a summer day out to the far edge of north Wales -- and a very picturesque spot it is too -- you could do worse than to join the Barmouth Harbour Fun Day on Saturday 19 August. It's billed as "a full day of fun, games, competitions and other activities all based around Barmouth Harbour culminating in a grand fireworks display in the evening."
There's also a performance and kit car show which already includes Formula Fords, Aerial Atoms, Westfields, Ultima and Lotuses.
Organiser Tony Franckeiss said: "You would be made very welcome and it is a beautiful and scenic route on the way down to us -- maybe you can come down as a group. The cars will be watched over and supervised so that the members can go off and enjoy the event.
