It is 30 years since the Golf GTi brought the hot hatch concept to the UK. Dunlop are going to celebrate this with a Hot Hatch Festival at Brands Hatch on October 7th.
Let's make this a Dunlop Birthday party! In addition to the gathering of hundreds of hatches there will be a full day of racing action. In addition to the Ginetta and Radical sportscars there will be racing for the current icon of hot hatches - The Mini Cooper S Works, and rounds of the Dunlop Sport Maxx Cup, (mixing Leons, Clio Renaultsports, Puntos, Astra VXRs, Megane R26s, Mini Coopers, Alfa 147s, MG ZRs and Citroen VTS in an enthralling battle of hot hatches)
