‘Speed’, a brand new event that is set to get the pulses racing of every car, motorbike, mountain bike and BMX fan across the UK, will be taking place at the Great Yorkshire Show Ground in Harrogate on the 3rd & 4th May 2008.
Commenting on this exciting new event Speed’s Event Director Howard Cartledge said:

Car, motorbike and bike enthusiasts will all find something at this show that will get their engines racing, as for the first time ‘Speed’ – The Event with No Limits, will be bringing hot hatches, high performance and modified cars, custom cars and rally cars, off-road bikes, custom & Streetfighter bikes, highly tuned and modified bikes, mountain bikes and BMX’s together at one venue for one spectacular show, creating an exciting, action packed event.
Bringing live action entertainment to ‘Speed’ are some of the country’s most talented riders and drivers including stunt rider Ashley Mark who will be thrilling visitors with his amazing ‘on the edge’ freestyle motorbike stunt show.
World renowned display driver Russ Swift will also be at ‘Speed’ entertaining the crowd with his amazing skills on two and four wheels, and for mountain bike fans 3 times British Mountain Bike champion Chris Doney will be demonstrating his skills and outstanding talent.
As well as spectacular stunt displays visitors to ‘Speed’ will also be able to enjoy a wide range of exhibitors stands, including an abundance of new, classic and extreme cars and bikes on display.
