Description
The Bike Specialists, Trading standards award winners. Here at The Bike Specialists we are proud to have for sale two of the best examples we have ever seen of the iconic Kawasaki H2 750, This 1975 example is finished in the Candytone Purple colour scheme and is showing just 97 miles since restoration. Originally imported from the US by world renowned Kawasaki specialist Rick Brett in 1998. The bike has benefited from a full restoration in 2011 prior to its current owner taking delivery of the bike. It was painstakingly stripped with the engine, paintwork and chrome work all being restored using OEM parts. The bike will also benefit from a full service and MOT prior to sale. The Kawasaki H2 Mach IV was a 750cc 3-cylinder two-stroke production motorcycle manufactured by Kawasaki and sold from September 1971 through to 1975. A standard, factory produced H2 was able to travel a quarter mile from a standing start in 12.0 seconds. By the standards of its time, its handling was sufficient to make it the production bike to beat on the race track and be given the nick name "The Widowmaker". Nonetheless, its tendency to pull wheelies and a less than solid feel through high speed corners led to adjustments to the design as it evolved. More than any other model, it created Kawasaki's reputation for building what motorcycle journalist Alastair Walker called, "a scarily fast, good-looking, no holds barred motorcycle". A superb flagship and addition to any motorcycle collection. Do not miss this opportunity to purchase this 70's classic asset that will only rise in value. We are able to offer full finance options and can arrange delivery UK and worldwide.
