BMW 5 SERIES (E39) 530I AEGEAN LIMITED EDITION (150 UNITS) INDIVIDUAL AUTO

For sale is my rare limited edition 2003 BMW 530i Sport Aegean Blue Individual Auto. This special edition was limited to 150 units and there are currently only 79 still on the road according to ‘how many left'.

The E39 Aegean Individual 530i model starred in a 'You Know You Want To' article back in 2016 where it was compared with the pinnacle of super saloon motoring, the E39 M5.

The E39 model is regarded as one of BMW’s finest cars ever built from a quality, driving and looks point of view. It won many awards and has been the benchmark car for modern saloons ever since.  

The exterior is finished in Aegean Blue metallic with shadow-line trim, M Sports Package, M Sports Suspension 2 and gorgeous 18inch deep dish M Parallel Spoke wheels. The interior is, I believe, silver Nappa leather sports seats and birch anthracite interior trim with silver/grey carpet. The headlining is also individual specification anthracite  It has the M Sport steering wheel with multifunctional buttons, cruise control, auto xenon headlights, a 16:9 stereo with TV functionality (will need digital conversion), Nav system professional, 6 CD changer, Bluetooth preparation.  

It has MOT until 24th March 2020 and has just been serviced including new spark plugs, air filter, Castrol oil and new oil filter. The mileage is just over 180k (display suffers from typical bmw dead pixels) however the car is in daily use, primarily on the M62, so this will go up.

The condition can be described as a bit rough around the edges (e.g. a bit of paint bubbling on the front arches and leading edges of the bonnet) and may need a bit of tidying up, as you would expect of a car of this age. An ABS speed sensor triggers every so often (resets when the car is switched off then on again), sometimes volume drops out from some of the speakers and the boot switch is a bit intermittent but locks/unlocks using the key - these are quite simple things to sort out and if I get time and the (winter) weather is fair I will try to fix these.

The sill and jacking points look in fine condition (see photos) and don't be put off by the mileage, the engine runs smoothly and pulls well. 

I am a BMW enthusiast and I have decided to trim down the number of cars I have so you may get yourself a bargain that you could drive around in comfort for years to come and possibly even sell the car for more money.

The car is also ULEZ compliant.
