Description

Private plate has been removed & the car is back on it's original registration of NK53 WLR
Registered November 2003
Finished in stunning Mystic Blue (Less produced than Laguna Seca Blue!)
120k miles
Factory Fitted Sat Nav
Kiwi Interior
Has a couple of quite rare factory options in a Garage Opener Rear View Mirror & Ski Bag in the rear seat hatch
I bought it a year ago from an old chap who'd had it for 7/8 years, barely done any mileage in it & stored it over winter. There is extensive paperwork history with the car covering all manner of work done & parts purchased, service history, etc, Clutch was replaced at 97k.
Subframe is routinely checked with no issues spotted. Vanos has no noises or issues, Vanos filter changes & regular service have kept it working as it should.
Exterior condition is as to be expected for a 14 year old but cared for car, no rusted wings, no big scratches or dents & the colour is quite frankly fantastic! The interior is in good general condition, the interior plastics & trim however are in surprisingly good condition for a car of it's age - especially in comparison to other E46 M3's I have viewed and seen.
The following parts have been fitted/replaced in my ownership;
ST XTA Coilovers (£1k+) only 6 months old
Eibach Anti Roll Bars
OEM Front & Rear reinforcement plates
CM Wheels CSL Reps (No marks, no kerbing)
12mm Bimecc Spacers
Stud Conversion
Michelin Pilot Super Sports in CSL sizes, only done about 8k
Bubblegunz/Streamline Aero CSL rep boot lid with OEM CSL lights & wiring
OEM Amber Lights (can come with clear OEM lights fitted if you prefer as I still own them)
Storm Motorwerks Gear Knob
Powerflex Black Series RTAB's 6 months ago
Powerflex Rear Lower Outer control arm bushes & New OEM eccentric camber adjusting bolts & nuts 2 months ago
New Lemforder track rods & ends
AUX input added & hidden in ash tray
Backbox clamps changed from the original commonly corroding clamps
Has been corner weighted on the coilovers & was only aligned by the highly regarded Spires Tuning a couple of weeks ago. Serviced last Tuesday (18/07) and MOT'd last Thursday (20/07).
Alternator & battery were replaced just over a year ago.
Now Fixed...! Bad bits; Since initial listing the car has developed a temperamental traction control issue from one of the wheel speed sensors, unfortunately the wheel speed sensor in question has not completed failed yet making it very difficult to pinpoint which one it is. This has been more than accounted for in the price, however if I do diagnose which sensor it is I will replace it in due course.
Gutted to be selling the car as it's had a lot of time, effort & money (£4-5k!) thrown at it over the past year.
Any questions feel free to contact! Viewings available by arrangement.
PH is refusing to change my location from Nottinghamshire - I'm in Derbyshire!
