A little more about the car:
Welcome to the sale of my Integra DC2. I am sure if you're looking for one you know all about them so I won't bore you on the details but they are stunning cars to drive as well as being practical (ish) and comfortable for longer drives. I have owned the car for about 2.5 years and my intention was to keep this car for a very long time and has been treated as such. As soon as I bought the car it was taken into TGM Sport (South UK Specialists for these cars) for a full going over. The car had all fluids changed, a full spanner check, the cam, timing and auxiliary belts changed for peace of mind, oil change, new brake pads and discs all around, new tyres, full wheel refurb and all filters changed. The car is kept garaged at all times and I think I have averaged about 1000 miles per year in it, purely weekend drives and a few shows. The car wants for nothing but an ABS sensor on the rear left. I prefer not having the ABS so I have left it for over a year but I had the car scanned this week to check the fault and it confirmed rear left ABS sensor and have the print out etc. The quote to fix this was £190 which I have taken into account on the price or can arrange to have done if you pay a deposit. The car is about as good as you will find in the ever-appreciating DC2 market and will be dearly missed. A low mileage one went for $85k in America a few weeks back,
My intention was to keep the car long term as an investment but I got a little over-excited and bought the green Elise S1 some of you may have seen on Collectingcars a couple of weeks ago. It’s a beauty so I can’t complain but I need the garage space to keep the Elise in and have our second daughter due in 4 weeks! Time to put some cash back in the bank.
The Integra is completely stock as it left the factory and a completely honest car. Being 20+ years old there are some minor blemishes and stone chips etc but it is the nicest I have seen and not tarted up for sale. The interior is in excellent condition as I hopefully have shown in the pictures and the history file is one of the best I have seen. Literally every receipt right back to the original sales invoice.
I bought the car from the son of the original lady owner (Mrs Hudson) who bought it from Honda. She sold it to another family member who sold it on and then it was her son (Mr Hudson) who tracked it down and owned it for number of years before I bought it from him. He told me the car was garaged from new and I have maintained that, the car has been driven in the rain once in my ownership which was only because I got caught out.
If you have any questions or I have forgotten anything please feel free to get in touch. I have over 120 images of the car taken this week. Happy to send to interested parties.
Hoping for the car to go to a good home and would be happy to buy it back in a few years once I have some more garage space!
Kind regards
Matt
