PEUGEOT 406 Coupe 3.0 V6 SE 1998

1998 Peugeot 406 Coupe SE 3.0 V6 with manual gearbox.

91300 miles - low mileage for year, works out at less than 4300 per year. (May increase slightly)

Good points:

Mechanically excellent, great running order. Fresh MOT with only the bonnet struts flagged as an advisory.

Interior is in great condition, everything works including heated leather seats. DAB / Bluetooth radio installed.

In the last 7-8 months it's had a new timing belt, clutch, rear brake pads and discs and a full service, and I swapped the driver's door to fix a window regulator issue. Lots of life left in it yet.

Completed the NC500 in it last year and it never missed a beat.

Bad points:

Bodywork is a bit scruffy, it looks presentable enough but the paintwork is dull and scratched. Doors also have small dents on them.

Alloys are a bit scuffed.

Air-con needs a re-gas.

Surely a future classic - How Many Left says there are less than 450 V6's left in the UK....
