This is one of 306 UK Spec – 968 Club Sports ordered by Porsche GB and badged “Sport” – essentially a 968 CS with the “Optional Luxury Package” and the 968CS badge replaced with a “Sport”.

Car will be sold with the tool kit, original gloves, compressor, sunroof bag, luggage net, hatch blind and also selection of spares which I have accumulated from 15 years of owning 944/968s (including the original airbox). A CoverCraft Noah indoor car cover (£300) is also included.

There is a significant amount of service history with the car and most MOTs are present. The booklets are all within their original leather Porsche folder. The car also has a Certificate of Authenticity from Porsche GB plus a valuation letter (2018) from Porsche GB for insurance purposes of £23k.

The car is free from any markers on vehicle checks / searches.

Like most cars of this era, this car is not “perfect“ or “immaculate”.

There are some stone chips, some small bodywork “dints” and a couple of minor scabs are present. However, the car still looks very nice and has never been short of compliments and the paint polishes up well.

Reason for sale – I’d like to change car this year and try something else. I’ve kept this 968 longer than any other Porsche I’ve owned (and I’ve had about 8 or 9). It’s been extremely reliable and has been to The Netherlands & Germany, Scottish Highlands and all over England in my ownership. It’s never let me down but then it has had literally thousands of pounds spent on it in the last 20k miles or so.

Car is located near Edinburgh, Scotland.

Priced to sell for a Sport model with these additional features and history at a firm £12,500 (NB - the car will return to another L registration plate).
