Full Service History and MOT until 19/09/19, mileage currently around 87600 miles.
Owned by me for almost 4 years and have kept the car regularly serviced throughout.
Being a 2005 car, it is in the lower road tax bracket.
The car has been garaged in my ownership.

The cam belt has been replaced by time rather than mileage, Subaru recommend every 5 years or 50k miles.
Fitted with the correct OEM Bridgestone Potenza RE070 tyres all round, all tyres have good tread remaining. The wheel alignment was carried out and the car runs a fast road set up which keeps the tyres wearing evenly.
The arches are perfect having never been fitted with mud flaps.
The OEM Enkei alloys were refurbished into the original gold colour in June 2018, they have no kerb marks at all.
The brake discs and pads all round were changed in July 2018, OEM Brembo discs and pads on the rear and OEM Brembo discs with Performance Friction pads on the front.
The car has the following modifications:
Powerstation stage 1 power package which includes a ecutek remap and a full Milltek stainless steel exhaust including Milltek sports cat. This was fitted at 2671 miles and brought the power up to just over 300bhp, equivalent of the Prodrive Performance Pack at the time.
I’ve driven several remapped Impreza STI’s over the years and the map on this car is excellent, I’ve had no intention of changing it as it’s been running faultlessly for 75k miles on this map.
The exhaust with the sports cat fitted provides the usual Impreza sound without being too loud and doesn’t drone at all on the motorway.
The car is fitted with BC Racing coilovers which have reduced the ride height and solved the knocking rear strut issue that is common on these cars. They have 30 way adjustable dampers, and are currently set 6 clicks from the softest setting which gives a good ride quality while providing excellent road holding combined with the geometry set up.
It is fitted with the very rare Prodrive quick shift, this isn’t a simple short shift kit, it actually replaces the whole mechanism including the stabilising bar and linkage. This was a very rare option as it was a £400+ dealer fit accessory when new. It reduces the gear throw and feels much sportier than the standard.
The only other modification is the Spec C front splitter.
No expense has been spared in the running of this car, it has been regularly washed & polished and is always run on super unleaded and always allowed to heat up before making positive boost.
The car comes with two keys and is fitted with a Cobra category 1 alarm with certificate.
I have a box folder containing documents, receipts and service history paperwork that will go with the car.
The car has a spare wheel and all tools present in the boot.
The car has the following features:
Intercooler Water Spray
Heated rear screen
Air Conditioning
Electric Windows all round
Pioneer Bluetooth head unit which allows streaming from your phone, it also has a CD and SD card reader.
Being the widetrack, it has the following features over a non-widetrack car:
Engine/Suspension/Drivetrain
larger wheel hubs and bearings
larger wheel bolt circle diameter (from 5x100 in 2004 to 5x114.3 in 2005)
17x8 wheels (17x7.5 in 2004)
1 inch wider rear track
revised power steering rack
power steering fluid cooler
stiffer steering rack mounts
3-point rear suspension crossmember
aluminum rear suspension lateral links
helical limited-slip front differential
revised ABS controller
optional short shift kit
Exterior
aerodynamic underbody panels
rear wheel arch flares
redesigned rear bumper
revised exterior badging & boot lock surround
smoked headlight lenses
Interior
smaller diameter steering wheel with black centre area
redesigned centre console
2 cupholder indentations in centre console (no more dashboard pop-out)
redesigned centre stack with aluminum-look trim
automatic climate control with automatic vent selection feature
80-watt, 6-speaker AM/FM stereo with integral 6-CD changer standard
revised seat cushions with new side bolster material
revised interior door trim
side mirror controls moved to driver's door (from centre console)
upgraded sunvisor material
redesigned anti-glare finish on windshield behind mirror (no more center visor)
Overall the car is in excellent condition, both engine and gearbox are both perfectly smooth, however there are a couple of points worth mentioning:
There are stone chips on the front end, nothing you wouldn't expect of a car of this age.
The front wheels have some dark staining on them down the ‘spokes’ of the alloys which I think was the result of the break-in compound on the front pads. Possibly a more aggressive wheel cleaner would remove this but I’ve not tried.
