With a mere 300 produced by Subaru Tecnica International its something of a rarity to see an Impreza RA-R in Japan let alone the UK. Considered by many aficionados as the purest of all Imprezas its impossible to resist the allure of this immensely special model.

316bhp and 318lb ft torque met with Brembo monoblock six-piston callipers and 18in STI wheels, wrapped in Potenza RE070 rubber starts to build an outstanding platform in anyones book. Values have been steadily rising over the past 2 years for this sought after model and we anticipate this trend to continue for the foreseeable future.

The Spec C Type RA-R features a host of enhancements over the standard STI from the factory including a lightweight body shell and lightweight glass, alloy bonnet ,boot interior delete, sound deadening removed and alloy bootlid.

Also housing a twinscroll equal length turbo setup with a VF42 turbo, AVCS variable valve control, short ratio JDM DCCD gearbox, a 50lt lightweight fuel tank with STi anti surge fuel pump assembly, a 2lt STi intercooler spray bottle with automatic and manual spraying modes, and a 13:1 quick steering rack.

Final changes come in the guise of an STi RA-R unique front centre grille, Black alcantara STi embroided seats with matching door cards, Spec C roof flap, HID headlights, front mounted oil cooler and lightweight battery.
