** SOLD**SUBARU LEGACY 3.0Rn SALOON AUTOMATIC AWD

Now sold. Thanks to PH for featuring as Shed of the week! I've enjoyed reading the comments on the forum too. Thanks to everyone who got in touch about the car, I could have sold it 5 times!

For sale due to lack of use is my Subaru Legacy 3.0Rn saloon.

It has a few nice extras and great specification such as the factory fitted rear spoiler, Spec.B alloy wheels, full black leather interior with electric heated front seats, tilt and slide sunroof, fully working air con, rear parking sensors, Prodrive front mud flaps and a full set of genuine Subaru carpet mats. It even has the original 6 disc in-dash cd changer and a working cassette player!

It's MOT'd until July 2020 and has full service history. Earlier this year it had a major service including spark plugs, diff oils, gearbox oil & filters by a local Subaru specialist. It's also had new front and rear drop links and new rear bushes in the front lower suspension arms (former MOT advisories). Both keys and the owners manuals are also present.

It's had a few minor modifications. A full stainless steel exhaust system was built and fitted by Simon's Custom Exhausts in East Kilbride last year, which isn't overly loud at low revs but does give off a little purr when you are heavy with your right foot! It also has a Pipercross air filter element and has been mapped by the same local Subaru specialist who carried out the service.

Generally it's in very good condition throughout, but as it's 14 years old with over 100,000 miles it does have the odd wee mark here and there. The alloys could do with a refurb, but it's fitted with 4 matching tyres with around 6mm tread remaining. There isn't any rust or obvious signs of damage repair anywhere on the bodywork that I'm aware of.

I'm a Subaru enthusiast. This was my 11th Subaru, and it's my third 3.0 Legacy. It's the early model so benefits from cheaper tax than other cars registered post-March '06, plus it looks identical to the Spec B model but doesn't have the expensive-to-replace suspension or brakes!

I'll be removing my personal plate and it will return to its original '05 registration prior to sale.
