• Why has the PistonHeads login process changed?

  • We have updated our login system for safer and more secure access to PistonHeads. As a result of this, you can no longer log in using your username, and must log in using the email address associated with your account.

• My username has changed. Why has this happened?

  • Our new authentication system doesn’t support usernames with spaces, so we have made some adjustments to affected usernames to allow you to continue to log in to your account.

• I want to change my username. How do I do this?

  • Usernames are set from registration and cannot be changed. If you would like a new username, you'll need to register a new account.

• I can't remember the email address on my account, what shall I do?

  • If you can't remember the email address on your account, unfortunately you will not be able to access it and we are unable to help you recover it. Therefore, please register a new account.
