Hi all
I was in a taxi the other night and someone hit us, minor damage to the cars and my head got a small bump.
How do I go about claiming myself rather than a claims company who will cut the compensation in half I assume?
Cheers
A small bump?! There’s no wonder we all pay so much for insurance. I was in a taxi the other night and someone hit us, minor damage to the cars and my head got a small bump.
How do I go about claiming myself rather than a claims company who will cut the compensation in half I assume?
Cheers

- https://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&...It’s not all about the horrific physical injury though, it’s important to consider the long term psychological effects of being involved in such a serious smash. It sounds like the OP is lucky to be able to type this thread.
Actually, he might have had a regression or delayed effects because he’s not been back recently.

Maybe the OP has had to have a surgery for the small bump and now hes looking to take the driver and NHS to court.
