New Camera A21 Johns Cross Roundabout

Hi All

Driving Northbound on the A21 today from Battle towards Tonbridge and passing Johns Cross Roundabout, there was a black body mounted looking camera attached to the underside of the lampost pointing towards me.

Other than signs stating Sussex Speed Check area which is for the mobile van sometimes positioned up, does anyone know what camera this is?

I am unable to find anything online. It honestly looked like what police wear as body cameras but clearly larger.
